Jaw Crusher Operating principle:

This jaw crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

Working Principle of Impact Crusher:

When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate of the impact crusher with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. Hammer Crusher Operating Principle:

The main working part of hammer crusher is rotors with hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammer to small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement

The PY series crushers crushes by the change of the gap in the crushing cavity .The gap is opened and closed by the gyration of main shaft, which is derived by motor through cone gears. Vibrating Feeder Operating principle

Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.

PENDULUM FEEDER

This machine is a skeleton pattern ball mill with horizontal cylindrical turning gear, drive by outer gear and two hoppers. The material goes to the first hopper after the spiraling by the quill shaft from the feeding equipment. The hopper has ladder sheathing or corrugated sheathing with steel balls inside, which will fall under the effect of centrifugal force by barrel turning to ram hard and grind material. Chute Feeder

The chute feeder can be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of ore bin.The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement, the movement frequency is 20-60 times/min and the stroke is 20-200mm. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to experience of some mine sites, the eccentric throw should no less than 30mm for cohesive ore.

The chute width is 2-2.5 times of maximum feeding granularity. The biggest chute feeder can supply ore with granularity less than 500mm. The most common specification is 980*1240 chute feeder, with feeding granularity between 350-0mm, which is the best partner of 400*600 jaw crusher.
